1 Hour Session
A typical session involves 50 minutes of reflexology with a consultation to review progress.
Your first reflexology session will take around 75 minutes to allow time for a confidential discussion of both your medical history and general wellbeing in order to formulate a personalised treatment plan.

6 Sessions For 5
It is generally recommended to have an initial course of 4-6 sessions with each session scheduled weekly to fortnightly to achieve the maximum benefit from reflexology.
Some people then opt to continue to have monthly maintenance depending on the reason for treatment.
